Community Information

North Pointe Bay is a planned urban development (PUD) nestled off 96th Street, between Township Line Road and Michigan Road in Marion County, Indianapolis, IN 46268. It is composed of Bay Circle Drive (the community’s entrance), Chaseway Court, Fox Valley Place and Lakeshire Lane. Though our quaint community is tucked away from the highway, it has easy access to Interstate 465 (which is about a mile away). Interested in joining our neighborhood? Please feel free to peruse this site to familiarize yourself with our community and its amenities. For greater detail or clarity regarding anything found on this site, please feel free to contact us. However, we have tried to put most information you may need right here on the website.

As you can see, the North Pointe Bay website has a whole new look and is packed with features. In order to better serve residents, OMNI is upgrading the websites of the communities it manages. The OMNI community websites are meant to facilitate communication between OMNI and residents. Many of the service requests made by OMNI residents can often be resolved through information available on the community website. For instance, securing copies of HOA documents or various HOA related forms.
